Harrison County 72-Hour Release List

Harrison County does not have a verified official 72-hour release feed. North Central Regional Jail and Correctional Facility holds the ordinary regional-jail population for Harrison cases, but WVDCR does not publish a rolling three-day list of people who left that facility. The Harrison County Sheriff also does not operate the jail roster that would supply such a feed.

A three-day check is still useful because it creates a defined records window. It can span Friday through Monday, a holiday closure, or several days during which a public result changed. The result must be built from official records rather than a page that claims to be a feed. The live jail index shows current recorded custody. Court dockets show legal events. Take a snapshot of each source at the start and end of the period. The comparison can show that a jail match changed, but it cannot state why. Check Harrison Three-Day Releases

Verified fields include admission time, full name parts, birth date, gender, a details link, and the day’s total. The page does not document releases from the last 24 or 72 hours. Adding three admission pages together would still produce admissions, not departures.

This distinction matters most over a multi-day period. Someone admitted on the first day may remain at North Central after the range ends. Another person released during the range may not appear on any of the admission screens being checked. Daily Incarcerations can support the start of a custody timeline, but the end must come from a release, transfer, discharge, or court record.

Do not copy its daily total into a release count. The admission time also cannot stand in for a release time. When the page helps identify a booking, carry that person and date into the live jail search, court docket, and focused WVDCR request. Each later source should be labeled for the event it actually documents.

Request Harrison Three-Day Release Records

Address a release-record request to WVDCR, the agency that operates North Central. Specify the exact start and end dates, North Central, and Harrison County committing cases. If the request concerns one person, add the name, date of birth or offender number when known, booking period, and case number. Ask for electronic releasable records of the actual release date and time, disposition, release checklist, Order of Release, and after-the-fact destination.
